Hegel H70

Any opinions on this integrated? I hear mention of the H80 here in the forum, but not the H70. Besides a 5 watt increase in power are there any other major differences? Watching a new one on A-gon for $900 in my quest for a new amp.

I'm not sure, but I believe that the H70 is from a previous series (replaced by the H80) so the H70 DAC would be the previous design. I'm sure that DAC is still excellent but I don't think it is Hegel's latest. I've only heard Hegel equipment at the RMAF show in Denver, but I liked what I heard - very much.

Well, it's all moot now. Put in an offer for a factory refurbished NAD C375BEE on A-gon and it was accepted.
