We live in East Lakeview/Lincoln Park border around Halstead and Diversey! almost 10 years here but originally from Ohio-we love it here and close to the Cubs!

I was at Grace and Wayne (2 block east of Clark). Could hear the games when the wind blew from the south.
My girlfriend (now wife) and I had a blast in those days, shopping and restaurants and clubs and street festivals,
in the summer on my Honda so parking was not an issue.

From what I see now, the city has only gotten better.
