Help in identifying history of this Elac Miracord 50H

Ah, good thinking, when I saw the owners manual was silent on lubrication the service would be too, but it probably is in there. I've been wanting to lube up my Dual, but all the conflicting information in the forums for modern alternatives to the original Dual recommendations have left my head spinning! I've always known lubrication engineering was complex, and never wanted to go there, but now I'm having to go there. It's like industrial fasteners; bolts, nuts, washers, etc, I can't remember how many hundreds of pages of information I've read through about a subject that one would think would be simple.

German record changers tend to be finicky about lubrication used, and where it is used. There are several different lubricants used in changers like the Duals, and the ELAC/Miracord changers, not to mention your Perpetuum-Ebners pre and post Dual. Use the correct type where called for, or the modern equivalent to it. And don't over or under lubricate.

Lubrication instructions are in the service manual. If you're a vinyl engine member, the service manual in English is available. And tells you how if necessary.

For some reason vinyl engine has banned a certain range of ip numbers, mine included "for continued abuse?". Except for the attempted sheet metal work on my old Jensen Healey, I don't think I have abused anything, (don't ask about the Mustang). If anyone can forward me the service manual, it's appreciated.
