I have three potential set ups for just stereo listening, one needs to go. My main source is a NAD 525bee cd player and JBL L7 tower speakers, love em both. I've recently decided to keep my Pioneer M-90 amp( has that nice CD direct option) but one of the others needs to go. My question to everyone: using my CD player/ speaker choice, should I keep my Yamaha RX-1130 stereo/ receiver or my Kyocera R-661 with matching CDX-610 CD player?
My thought was to keep the Yamaha, because it's newer and sounds cleaner and might provide more longevity performance wise, but I don't know too much about the Kyocera, any thoughts?
