Help me to identify these speakers

Can anyone identify these speakers? They are 12” diameter
They were left by a neighbor near the trash.
I just brought them home and opened the cabinet. There are 2 identical cabinets with speakers mounted on plywood

The drivers were made by McGregor of IA.

But, the speaker systems were likely made by another manufacturer. Without a badge or label that's gonna be pretty hard to nail down.
 
It looks very similar to one of my old Newcomb speakers. The twelve inch driver in mine was made by Oxford, as per the 465 in the code.
