Made in Japan, similar to the drivers sold by Calrad and Olson. Typically OEM units made by Coral or early Pioneer. Herald imported piles of Japanese gear. In those days Japan had very low labor costs.
While these drivers were lower cost and second or third tier by the standards of the day, such speakers can be very nice in the right cabinets.
I have a number of the smaller coaxials. The paper-cone tweeters are pretty awful, but it was, after all, the 1950s/1960s. Some used whizzer cones.
If you post a photo I might be able to point you towards the comparable speaker specs, but these tend to be useless for designing cabinets.
None, however, will handle a lot of power if that is your goal.
