How to connect old microphone with 3.5mm jack

Hi,

i have a Grundig GDM 312 microphone, which had an old 3 pin DIN connector, however i need a 3.5mm jack connector.

so I would ask you if you can tell me how to connect the wires so that the microphone can work with the 3.5mm jack connector

We need more info to tell you how to connect the mic. You need to do some measurements to see if the mic is using a balanced (2 signal wires + shield) or unbalanced (one signal wire and the other wire connected to the shield at the mic end) connection. Also, if you will be connecting the 3.5 mm plug to a standard stereo device, or to a mono device, or to a balanced device ("TRS" connection).

The adaptor posted previously is not warranted to work as you expect. If your mic is balanced, and you connect that adaptor to a stereo input , it won't work as expected. Also, if your mic uses a DIN connector, and the adaptor is an XLR connector, it won't fit.
