Got these 'new' HPM-100s home, got some of the TEAL PAINT off the sides, ah, okay gotta hear them. Bought them untested... Just because.
What the...? something's off!

Okay now the AA battery test. Whoops, the woofers don't match up! In / Out.
Switched the positive/negative speaker wire terminals. Still wonky.
Pulled the woofer and mid. AHA!
-------------Some dufus mixed up the polarity on one speaker! :drunk: Maybe at the factory!
Be sure to connect the blue wire to the 'Red' contact on the woofer.
Green on the Mids goes to 'Red'. White is always negative (I know, pro audio does it the other way).
Then the Digital Multimeter on 'Ohms' to see if I'd wired the speaker wires right at the receiver.
