In-Wall Volume controller

I want to install 5 in-ceiling speakers along with Sonos Connect AMP, and in between them to use in-wall impedance matching volume controller. Anyone can recommend the right controller to do so?

Here is my product list;

250ft 12 awg cl2 speaker wire
5* Micca m-8c in-ceiling speakers 8ohm 100watt max/each
1* Sonos Connect:AMP

Far as in-wall volume controls, usually there is one for each room/zone.

What is the layout, the big plan?

They are $$$. like $60? each.

I had a bunch of NOS that I sold off.
I think I still have a ganged one that I was dreaming about using to make a killer speaker switch.
