Hi, I am new to the forum and am looking for some speakers for my girlfriend. Came across an add in craigslist for surround sound system consisting of:
klipsch: sc5 center, kg5 surrounds, and sf1 mains

onkyo: skw 50 sub

For 280 bucks. Just wondering if this is and ok deal. Looked up speakers on the net and they all seem ok. Just want a good system nothing fancy that will last and sound good. Thanks for any advice eric.

I'd bet those are KG .5s, SC .5 and SF1s...all on the small size and okay but that price doesn't seem to be anything to write home about unless you want all that for Home Theater...if you are looking for something nice for 2 channel, I would wait...
