I have purchased manuals twice from him. He is not fast because he prints them as needed to fill orders. The manuals I received are of the highest quality... high res color. Very nice.

I don't think you have been taken... but I would keep trying to contact him.

I have dealt with him before. Never a problem. Shipped ASAP. Quality was real good. The last ones I got they even burned the main circuit drawings on a CD and included that also.

He's very good. I got fast service, and he also included a CD that had the schematics and pictures of the PCBs, etc. The CD was the most valuable thing because I could expand the size of the pictorial or schematic using any photo editor. The files are big though, and I scaled them down. He's probably on vacation or something.

I only buy from Mike @ vintageaudiomanuals..He makes the best repro's--ie. better than original manuals..and usually includes a high quality schematic scan on a CD:thmbsp:

That is something that would annoy the heck out of me. In both my business and personal dealings, I always make it a point to give people the courtesy of a prompt reply. My feeling is if a person is in business and so busy that they can't reply to e-mail messages or return phone calls in a timely manner, either get some help or get out of business.

I've dealt with Mike (vintageaudiomanuals.com) - both the times I found him to be very responsive and his products very good - crisp printouts and carefully bound (as a bonus, he includes a CD with high-res outputs of every page).

I could not access his website this morning - perhaps he is having server issues. I believe he is a one-man operation.

Hope you get your manuals.

they are good

I have bought a Yamaha C-4 Brochure from them and yes a bit slow but you will get a quality manual.

I've dealt with him several times, depending on the manuals ordered sometimes a few days or 2 weeks. Quality manuals. Only one time they got lost in the mail but he made good on it when I mailed him that I did not receive them after he told me they were shipped/mailed..

Maybe your SPAM blocker is blocking his replys.
***Please, please make sure your e-mail programs will accept e-mails from me. If you don't, you will probably not get a response as it ends up in a spam folder or rejected altogether by your e-mail server. This gets to be frustrating and time consuming trying to figure out a way to get through to you. That time could be spent better answering other customers (or potential customers). Thank you for your attention to this matter.
