I am the unfortunate soul who has been deemed smart enough to fix the tech stuff that is broke in our small office, or dumb enough to accept the job. Well, I can get along somewhat, until something new comes along.
We had a new office printer/fax/scanner/breakfast cooker delivered on Thursday and now we can't get the server to auto print our faxes. I can look at the faxes on the server and print them from there, but I need it to auto print like it did with the old one. The new one is a Kyocera something or other. I deleted the old printer and made the Kyocera the default printer, but I don't know where the setting is to force it to print all incoming faxes automatically. We are using Server 2003. Any ideas?
