RS IIIs, which are entirely different from IIIa's or IIIb's
I am saving up money to revamp the crossover and then I'll use them again, until then they are sitting on the sidelines.

I do not want to risk frying another $$ tweeter, that is what happened the last time I hooked up a huge power amp to it and this one is twice+ as powerful.
I'll do it later though, perhaps when the parents go to their party.

While I'm certainly not advocating going against your gut instinct, wouldn't the EMIT's be safer with greater quantities of higher quality current? Just a thought. I'm sure it'll sound sweet whenever your pair them up. I've often thought of getting some PL power behind my RSII's.

I dunno, I am just hesitant because this amplifier has no protection for your speakers at all, so I want to make sure everything is functioning 100% before going nuts.

The Advents with the PL 700 sound awesome though!!!
