JBL LE20-1coil repair (16 ohm version)

I have a jbl tweeter- LE20-1 16 ohm driver that reads only 4 Ohm. The coil is shot. Does anyone know where to get a new coil, or know someone that can make a new coil. I am also opening to purchasing a replacement driver if anyone has one. The 16 ohm version seems pretty rare. Thanks AKers.

I don't think they were actually 16ohm, but 8. Although they did read 16ohm on label. So 4 on meter isn't that bad.

I might have to pull the other driver out and measure it to confirm if that is true. When I disassembled the transducer, the leads of the coil looked severly scorched, and the coil has rough spots, doesn't feel smooth or look right. The filter cap was also dead, I imagine someone was crankin it trying to get sound.
