Just Found some new old equipment!!! (I have some questions)
I found a Harmon Kardon HK 340 amplifier and the KLH Model 20 sound system with speakers, receiver, amplifier, and turntable(the receiver, amplifier, and turntable are built in to the amplifier base).
I don't think the amplifier for the KLH works because it might not be outputting any sound.
The KLH Model Twenty speakers are amazing (they're the only vintage speakers i've heard though), and can even be compared to the speakers in my 5,000 dollar sony home theater speaker system.
The HK 340 is a good amplifier but the right channel doesn't work well (its fuzzy and crackly and buzzy).
Should i get a new amplifier or try to fix the two that i currently have? If I decide to fix one of them, which one is a better amp?
I have a multimiter that I can use to troubleshoot the channels if anyone is wiling to help me.
