I just got a pair of fairly good condition Kef c75 speakers. Nice smooth sound with extremely tight but rolled off bass. I just checked the crossovers and they use Kef proprietary caps. I was thinking of replacing them with Solens or something else, but wonder if that will make any difference. The caps look like electrolytic types. Any advice?

Yep, thats them! I was just listening to Earth Wind and Fire - Thats the Way of the World SACD which normally sounds thin and dull. Boy did that album come to life with these speakers! Nice smooth, clear sound. Had me dancin'.
