Kenwood KA 7100 Rear Cushion - Any leads on where to find these?

I picked up a Kenwood KA 7100 in very nice condition, except it was missing one of the cushions on the rear of the unit.

Anyone have any leads on where I might find one (or two) of these?

Rare thing to source, and many are broken anyway. If I needed one, I'd use the remaining device as a template and make a pair out of wood & paint 'em.

Or...would 3D printed parts be tough enough? I had thought that most 3D parts aren't designed to take much abuse.
