Klipsch Chorus

What would be an approximate value of a pair of Klipsch Chorus in decent shape on CL or Ebay (local pickup)? A friend just inherited a pair and tried them next to his JBL L150's and prefers his JBL's (by a wide margin) and is thinking of jettisoning the Chorus's.

I paid $400 for a mint pair of Chorus Walnut finish about 2 months ago...I've seen some recently advertised for $500-$600 and not selling...

I sold a pair two years ago on CL here in the Chicago area. I listed them at $500 and got very little interest but did sell them at $450 after relisting them on CL a couple of times. They were Walnut in very good shape but the cabs were not perfect.
