Looking to by a Krell preamplifier and I tell the difference, they all seem the same,
so what the difference between the KAV-250 280 and 300i?
then you have the KRC-2.

I would like to match it with my new Amp!

Krell? Get a real preamp like a Marantz or Onkyo!



Not sure of the differences but I know one Krell dealer said the 300i was his best selling piece by Krell.

I endorse overburn. I had one. I think it was the last Krell pre with phono stage, before phono became a separate costly box. Fantastic preamp... if you love the 'Krell sound'. I preferred tubes at the time; wanted to keep the Krell as a spare, but it was too much $$ to tie up and not use. Wish I had it now.
