I have these instead of ksc2383yta.Specs all look the same,can i use them to replace the yta

The O designation is for hFE classification 100≈200, the Y is for 160≈320. Some overlap there, probably be fine.

gain code O 100 to 200 gain
gain code Y 160 to 320 gain

of course it ALL depends upon what the circuit position NEEDS, some may work well because gain isn't critical OR some will not work because gain IS critical.
You haven't told us that. We can guess.... SX-1050? Protect circuit Q6? It'll be ok

SX-1050 power supply AWR-103 Q2, Q10, Q13 are all boost transistors of darlington pairs and were selected for collector current capability and survival in an overload situation.
they will be fine there.
