Lafayette Criterion Speakers and SX-650 off CL

Picking up a pair of Lafayette Criterion Speakers and SX-650 that I found on CL for a good price. I know the Criterions don't have the best reputation but I am willing to give them a try. Can anyone tell what model speakers these are from the picture, they appear to be 4 ways?

They turned out to be Criterion 100b's. Sound is decent but for what I paid I think I just got an o.k. deal on a SX-650 receiver.
 
That is a nice looking setup.

Maybe just not a lot of synergy. Speakers might sound better on a different power source.
