Luxman 5m21 vintage amp with hum in one channel

Guys, two questions regarding this amp. It is from australia and has their plug, and is wired for 240 volts. Will adjusting it to work on 110 affect it detrimentally in any way. Secondly slight hum in one channel. Could be cheap or expensive to fix. I can get this for 350 or less. Is it a good buy? Thanks Also comes with a T-4 tuner for 150 which seems a little steep to me, but the fellow may be flexible. Any advice appreciated. Norm
