Luxman C-120A Problem

Hi All -- I have a Luxman C-120A preamp. When powered on, the power light continues to flash as if it were in protect mode, and there is no audio output in either channel. Any help or advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The preamp is broken and needs to be fixed. The muting circuit is not closing the relay as it should. Service Manual time. Available on HFE. Might be as easy as recapping the mute circuit section of the preamp.

I recapped the mute circuit today, but now, instead of a flashing power light, I have no power light and the relay still won't click. I checked the four transistors (out of circuit) and they are fine...Hmmm

Problem solved! I found a bad trace in the mute section on the pcb, it appeared to be due to corrosion. Also the unit had a few leaky caps in the power supply section as well.
