Looking for some assistance here. A seller has the following items for sale and is taking a high bidder (local no ebay). So far the high bid is at $400 for everything. The seller would rather not separate. Is it worth bidding say $405 for all of this??? The Maggies look really nice cosmetically, don't know anything other than the model numbers and in the photos they sent me everything "looks" like it has been well cared for.

I would say the amp and preamp are worth $400 alone but I hate Craig's List auctions. It is actually against CL rules. (I guess I am assuming it's a CL ad)
 
contacted that couple when they had it all listed for $250.

They put out a message saying so many calls in an hour prompted them to check eba* prices.

Now it is being auctioned. I told the lady when she called that I would not bid above asking.

Just me.
 
yeah I also asked about them and got the same email. I was really looking forward to getting some new gear. I too would not go above asking price so I continue my search of local audio equipment that is better than my own (which isn't saying much).
