Marantz KI Pearl Lite Phonostage Gain

Hello. My amp's phonostage output is very low. What are my options to increase gain?
I read somewhere that a change in resistor value will do the trick but i need guidance.
The attached image is the circuit diagram.

Best Regards!

mearlito: That's odd. Concluding from the specs, the phono section should have a gain of 40 dB, which already is a bit higher than usual. Which cartridge are you using?

Hello Manfred,

Thanks for sorting out the 40dB gain of the schematic.
My cartridge is a Stanton 680SL but even when I switch to Shure M44-7, the output hardly increases.

Warm regards,
Mearlito

mearlito: Alright. And is the actual problem, that you can't reach a proper listening volume - or rather, that you need to turn up the volume control quite a bit higher compared to a modern digital audio source like for example a CD player, in order to reach the same volume?
