Marantz MA 600 DC integrated amp?

I picked up a Marantz Model MA 600 dc integrated amplifier.
It says "console stereo amplifier" on it.
Has 5 band eq in the middle, with 2 red led meters underneath the eq.
I can't seem to find any specs on this model.
It is not listed in the Orion blue book, nothing on the classicaudio or classic-audio web sites.
Did a search and could only come up with manuals for sale.
Strange thing is, other marantz models starting with MA seem to be power amps, not integrated amps.
There is one posted on ebay (see link) but does not mention any specs.
Anyone have any info on this unit?

Wow, that looks very familiar. I have a PM500 which appears to have the same control layout. You can see it here. In my case, Marantz seems to have re-used the PM500 number for some small mono amps in the home theater era. Actually, I think those are PM-500 not PM500.

Anyway, back to your amp, sorry can't help with your specific model. I was just surprised at how similar it looks to mine. BTW, my PM500 is 50WPC, if that helps you guage yours.

Wow! It is exactly the same.
I would think the only difference would be the WPC, but I wonder why they went from the PM model number to the MA

Methinks "MA" must have stood for "military" or something... as in a model only sold overseas at PX's or whatnot.

I've found other MA-#### Marantz pieces, and never have found them in the BlueBook or otherwise. However, I've found, like you guys, that they FREQUENTLY are EXACTLY like some other models...
