These were all cleaned up and resoldered as suggested and can be seen in the pictures. In the pictures it looks worse than it is, but a better job must be done. Thank you.

There is no flux. I washed it after the soldering, the brown stuff you see is the board itself. Thank you.The pictures in Post #120? If so, the solder looks much better, but you really need to clean off that residual solder flux so it doesn't corrode the board.
Hello again, wonder if I could bother you with a Marantz SR82, when plugged in, clock shows up, power relay clicks in then protection kicks in and amp section remains on all the time. When power pressed to turn ON, display shows up fine and functions work OK, when power pressed to turn off, the display and functions all turned off but the AMP and power relay stays on.
SR92 stays in protection mode, do you feel like it?
I thought it was fixed?Problem solved, Q306 was shorting, replaced with C1518. thanks again for walking me thru.
You have an SR85 in addition to the SR82 and SR92?I have SR85 too which I don't really need. and the SR92 not playing.

Voltages measured again and list is slightly adjusted (receiver was connected via dimbulb first, now connected directly to AC outlet) measurements were made between chassis and the IC QN06 pins Pin 7 = -2.2V , Pin 4 = -2.2V , Pin 5 = -2.9Please check your voltage measurements. They can't be right since pins 7, 4, & 5 should be 0v connected to ground. Maybe the other pins are off also?

Something is not right with this schematic??? If you look at the board pins, 5, 7 are not connected to ground. Only 4 could be.
Unless your board has jumpers instead of RN24 & RN25?
