mcintosh gear - need help

Hi all - I have a couple questions.

1) Has anyone had issues with MVP841 skipping discs. It seems that more than half the discs I have seem to skip on MVP841.

2) Is there a way to connect MA6500 to Sony Playstation 3. PS3 only has digital output and I can't seem to find any compatible cables.

Yes, on the dvd player, it needs to be looked at. There seems to be some type of alignment issue going on. The good news is that it can be fixed!
