Hi all long time reader 1st time poster.
I searched for information on any Melos amp,s and found nothing so I deconstructed this amp it is a Melos reference 1000A with updates from Melos restorations. I believe it was one of the last ones done before the death of the founder/ company. I will be happy to answer questions about parts schematic voltages service in general on this amp.
I also believe most of these amps are similar.
This schematic is not complete it will however give you a look at what is going on in the amp.
The last photo is a voltage chart on the tubes and MOSFETS.
NOW SOME QUESTIONS
The MOSFETS are ECG 2399 or IRFBG20 the unmarked glass diodes are protection diodes they have up to 500 vdc across them use general purpose high voltage diodes .
This amp had a blown trace on the circuit board under the 1uf 1000 volt caps on the board marked H between the output tubes also 2 of the protection diodes.
Do not work on any of these unless you have training for safety doing so there is 725 volts dc in the circuit.
