Micro Seiki DQ-43

I recently acquired a Micro Seiki DQ-43 with a bit of a speed issue I'm trying to find a service manual to purchase online or somewhere where I can download it .... I'm beginning to lose hope of finding one and without it I'm guessing it's going to be a really pretty paper weight .... Can someone Please point me in the right direction .... pretty please .... It's killing me having such a nice deck sitting in front of me not being used.

Have you asked Fred Longworth if he has info? Maybe send it to him to trouble shoot?

Did you clean the speed pots as that usually does the trick. You may have to clean them more than once.

I'm more of a fix it myself person and shipping TT's isn't my idea of fun

yeah I cleaned them I'll give it another shot ..... Do you think shotgunning the caps is a good idea? ....

Not sure about the caps, but it probably wouldn't hurt. As to the pots sometimes they need a few cleanings before they act rite. Plus are there trim controls somewhere say on the motor board?

I haven't pulled the board off the motor yet ... I'll take a look are her tonight see if I can't get it working right ... It is a sweet sounding rig even with the speed issue:scratch2: ... It's funny how hard it is to find a SM
