Moscode 300 amp & Dynaco CDV-1

Not sure where to put this because one of these pieces are hyrids but here goes:

I saw a Moscode 300 amp (hybrid) and a Dynaco CDV-1 today at a yard sale for $300, make an offer.

I held off because I never heard of the amp and knew nothing about the cd player even though I've heard of Dynaco (as in ST70 etc.).
I thought the amp might be a Pro amp. :dunno:

Since then a cursory Google search has turned up that the amp is a hybrid built buy Dr. Gizmo... :dunno:

Anyway I'm looking for any input, insight, experience etc. with these two pieces.

I've got the guys number to call him back and make an offer. ( I realize after looking at a few prices for these pieces that $300 is a steal but just looking for more in terms of first hand experience)

The NYAL Moscode amp (amps?) is/are near-legendary. Never heard one, but oughta be good. Cannot comment on the CDP; probably at least OK if it works. There was Dynaco-branded stuff up to at least the 1990's.
