My refoam project gone horribly wrong (w/video)

I took the trouble to video my my refoaming process and uploading it to youtube. I'm having some trouble with the glue, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What do you mean, those are going to sound awesome when you're done, just needs a little more glue that's all.

the old cornstarch on the driver video. Now they need a super slow motion remix version.
 
My first refoam really felt like this. My latest one, two 8" and four 12" drivers for a friend's McIntosh ML2's, was done in 4 hours.
