Is it possible to get advice about the mechanism?

It is very similar to all in 1252, but there is a strange contacts that probably need to close the (?) It is called "Options" We are trying to put it in ordinary СD transport (non B&O). It’s not work. Replaced with a new processor, but with the same result. Maybe this is due to the fact that it is not clear what to do with these "options"? Do somebody come across such mechanisms?
