Need help with speaker cabinet design.

No time for elitists....
Hi all, it's been quite some time since I've been here but I'm hoping you guys can help.

I've been sitting on a pair Goodmans Triaxiom 212C for a while and have decided to built a set of cabinets for them. I've found a pic and diagram of the cabinet that I'm going to build but am confused by one aspect of the diagram. It shows two "curtains" inside the cab. What the hell is a curtain in a cabinet?
I work in a custom millwork shop with access to a cnc and I do all veneering and lacquering etc so building anything is not a problem. If you guys have any better ideas feel free to post up. Pics of what I found are below. I just wish I could read the dimensions on the one pic. Thanks in advance.

A curtain of acoustic insulation material such as fiberglass.
You would attach it at the top by some means such as staples and let it hang to the bottom of the cab

IMG_7657.JPG Build a folded horn cabinet for that and it will blow your socks off.
With the curtain design you will need the acoustic resonance baffle for the port.
I picked up a pair of Goodman 12" Triaxiom in a cabinet design you are going to build.
A friend listened to them and said they sounded boxy.
He then gave me a couple of large folded horn cabinets he'd built to put them in.
The difference was night and day.
They sound sublime.
I have some of the curtain material in the shed which is like a shredded cotton like old carpet underlay.
I'll slip out and pull it down for a photo
