Hi guys,
Just got my hands on a Technics SL1900, and the tonearm lifter part is missing (the crescent moon shape plastic lifter) - see attached photo.
I've been looking online for a replacement part, but can't find any... I have a dead SL-D2 for parts in case one of my working SL-D2 dies, but it's lifter does not seem to be the proper shape if I compare to online closeup photos of the lifter on a SL1900.
So I'm turning to you all audio karma friends. Maybe someone out there has a solution or can point me in the right direction that would help me bring back to life this beautiful turntable.
