New Large Advent Caps

Do the Original Large Advent speakers and the New Large Advent Speakers use the same size caps? Vintage AR sells the caps for the Original Large Advents and I was wondering if they would work. I asked them and the answer didn't give me 100% confidence.

Also I have a pair of Advent/1 that have the same woofer and tweeter as the New Large Advent, are the caps the same for these speakers? I guess I could open them to compare them.

There were several versions of cross-overs for the OLA. You will have to go in and find out which one(s) you have.

I recapped NLAs and Ones, I had.
As I remember, both were 13 uf. I combined two caps in parallel to get that odd value. I used Dayton brand.
But do open yours to verify. They often did running design changes, over the years of production. I had to replace a failed resister on one.

If so, Solen has a 6.8 and 6.2uf capacitor. Seems like that's what I used on a pair or two I had in the past.

Thanks for all the help, I an going to open them up this weekend and verify what both sets have.
