New tunes at Chateau Ken ...Bryds (untitled) a double album set from 1970 ( had this in 1970 and played it on a Magnavox foldout player - sounds much better with my current rig), Waltz for Debby - Bill Evans Trio...a very nice jazz album and Slowhand at 70 (Clapton) triple album set and DVD..saw the concert on a PBS fundraiser decided to buy it the other day via Amazon.

I saw part of that Slowhand concert on PBS too. How does the album sound? I'm thinking about picking it up but at 75 bucks for the 3 lp set up here I'm not to quick to pry my wallet open yet. ;)

Thanks for the info Ken. I don't do online buying though so if I want it, it comes from my local record store or London Drugs in Penticton BC and 75 bucks is the price, take it or leave it. ;)

I always wondered who actually watches Pledge Drive Nostalgia. It appears to be Canadians with a roof-top antennas. We don't watch that crap anymore. We watch Beat-Club reruns.

Waltz for Debby is sublime. I picked up the tube-cut AP LP version.

Even better than pledge drives are the classic rock infomercials selling some overpriced CD set with some B-list musician host and a younger hot babe hostess. Must see TV.

You will like it when you get a chance to buy it
