Got home yesterday to find that my brother picked up and sent me a nice Technics SU-7300 amp. Got it for $89.00. Needs the Deoxit treatment but has an amazing rich sound compared to what to what I thought couldn't be beat, my SU-7100. I plan to use the new amp with my DIY JBL's and the old amp to run 2 of my L26's as rears. Do you guys think there would be any problems spliting my CD and TT leads into the two amps? Also, if I pick up a preamp can I set the amp controls to neutral and use the preamp to control volume and such? The links below show the 2 amps. Thanks.:music:

Can't split a turntable. Hum very likely. Also will provide abnormal load on the phono cartridge.

You might be better off tapping the signal from one of the amps at the tape output and passing it to a high-level input of the other. That way, you only use the phono preamp and selector of the first amp when passing the signal to the second, which will control everything else there.
