Non functional Denon DP-1600

Hey guys, looking at a non functional Denon DP-1600. It has issues with the speed and the arm lifter doesn't work though visually its a lovelly turntable.

Just wondering what I should be offering for it considering it will need repair? I'm thinking $150 Australian shipped....

I believe it would be a very nice turntable roughly around the same level as my JVC QL-7 once working. What do you think guys? :D
