New foams, and whomever did them put them on properly (inverted). Price seems quite good for a pair that does look to be in pristine condition.

I know the guy selling those, his name is John and I've done business with him several times. He's a local flipper but not the bad kind. He is the man when it comes to speakers. He foams them up right and makes sure they are working. Always has fair prices too. Buy with confidence.

Looking closer at the pictures from the Ann Arbor set..
I see Foams incorrectly glued the inner edges have spots lifting from cone and the caps are compromised pushed in..
The wood on the face of the one looks like something rubbed on it. .hmmmm..
A little TLC and another refoam is what I would do
