Onkyo p-308 volume question

If anyone that has the p-308 pre amp can answer a question for me I’d greatly appreciate it. For output 2 it has its own separate left and right volume control under the hinged front door.. my question is at what setting is it all the way turned down as in no volume.. at the 0 or the 10 setting?? I’m assuming 0 but would like to know for sure.

Meaning, when turned fully CCW (turned all the way down in conventional sense) output is minimum. Turned fully CW to 0 is maximum output.

They are marked in terms of attenuation so 0 means zero attenuation/full output.
