I have a 7.5 copy of Cosmos Factory on Fantasy /Ampex tape. Side one plays fine but on side two the left channel is a lot lower in volume than the right from beginning to end . I've played on different machines with the same results . I'm thinking about re-recording side two . I have some clean copies of Cosmos on vinyl and German pressing that's nice also . It seems wrong to do for some reason . I've read that QA wasn't all the great in the '70's . Does anybody else have a "bad" copy ?
