Paradigm Monitor One? Opinions?

I picked these up on my local CL the other day for $70.00, I can't seem to find any information on them. The seller said they were "Paradigm Monitor Ones", and he really seemed to know quite a bit about speakers and older stereo equipment. He was running them on a Hafler Iris setup with a remote I've never seen before but would love to have, and they sound great.

Anyone have any info on these?

Thanks for the reply. I looked up the mini monitors, these speakers are much taller, but could be an older version of them?

they are ones from before 98 I am sure as I bought mine that year ,but I stiill have the brochure somewhere I will look for them.
I thought my Paradigm speakers were very good sounding.
they do look taller than I remember

I don't remember a Monitor One but I used to have the Monitor 3 back in the 90's, I really enjoyed them.

Those are Paradigm 3se mk3's. The 3se mk2 were front ported. On all of the monitor series there was no space between the woofer and tweeter faceplate.

No such thing as monitor 1's.

I picked up a pair of 3se's earlier today, and they look almost the same as the one's shown in your pics (tweeter surround is smaller and is a complete circle). They measure roughly 23" high by 9 1/2" wide by 10 1/2" deep ( and they sound pretty good!!!)
