PDF Service Manuals

I'm looking for a service manual for a VSX-D1S (for the same problem I've seen mention of on other Pioneer receivers: speaker relays take a long (10-15 minutes) to turn on after the receiver is turned on).
The service manual isn't in the database here. I found a place that sells printed reproductions (~$46), and many places that sell PDF versions (no telling what the quality is like) from $12.99 and up. Has anybody ordered from any of the places that sell PDF service manuals? If so, how was the quality? Did you get the entire manual?

I used User-manuals.com for $14.99 and the quality is fine, tho it was missing one page out of 115. Emails went unanswered.
 
Thanks. I haven't decided yet... The PDF places all seem to be related (their checkouts all ask the same questions in the same order, and ask for birth date; strange...), and don't offer any information other than the name of the manual. I'll probably just get the printed one.
