I noticed the item for sale below and me-thinks the seller is none other than the dirtbag who sold me the fake AU-X1. I know that he sells hi-end Sansui models and I seem to recall that he did try and sell a C-2301 preamp a while back on Ebay. Its possible that its someone else who also happens to live in Valley Stream, NY and has a C-2301 but I tend to doubt it. Well, I hope any Audiogon buyer who acquires this unit from him doesnt get screwed.

Hiya, B'Freddie, don't bother with that Ryan guy on fmtuners, he's never had anything to say, far as I'm concerned, and he sure posts a lot.
Gawd, but I remember the pain in the wazoo that guy was to you, and I think I remember a couple other guys that had problems with him, too.

Well shoot bully, I hope you'll still let me talk about some of my Sansui tuners. I've got an absolutely fantastic and rare TU-X701 which I love and a TU-X1 on the way! I'll try to post some very good information on them as I get the chance. The TU-X1 especially is much more than meets the eye at first glance, I think. Truly a remarkable piece of gear.

Thanks to BeatleFred's plug on the FMtuners group, I headed on over. Now ya'll only have him to thank for my noxious presence!
