I'm afraid the term 'lowball the seller a little' is being used interchangeably with 'make a lower offer.' Not to go off on a tangent, just that the earlier post sounded more like that than a real lowball offer, such as half the asking price. You don't lowball 'a little'. It's an important distinction in view of the other thread about lowballing.

Also, you're not a tire-kicker if you often buy for the asking price. Tire-kickers look and hem and haw and never buy, and may not have ever intended to buy.
