"plain" Magnavox console - tubes?

I have the remains of a Philco console in the garage that only had a woofer on one side. I'm not surprised that Magnavox tried the same thing in a lower-cost model.

This is what I learned. this dates to 1959-60.If these did not come with a tuner it will be the amp185 with the built in preamp 7025 tube.there is no external preamp, just reostats for controls. If they did come with the powered tuner/preamp will be the amp175. definitly worth parting out

i bet amp185 in that console

I just bought one of these today. Turntable was frozen, but I disassembled and lubed it and all works well. The Colloro Conquest changer is minty and works great. Here is the info on the unit:

MODEL NUMBER
1SC202F Stereorama (1958) Tube Set

TUNER/AMPLIFIER/MULTIPLEX
Amplifier AMP185 AA (SAMS 449-13)
Phonograph only

RECORD CHANGER
Collaro Conquest changer (labeled “Magnavox Custom”) (I am not sure of the model number)

NOTES:
$300.00 Dec 1958, AMP 185 2-channel 20 watt 4 6V6 output tubes

Mine sounds fantastic and has not been re-capped yet. Very minor hum. I will get to it soon.

I bought one that looked similar for $15 (actually just took the amp - 8301 with volume / tone controls).
