Please help identify a cartridge

I recently purchased a well-cared-for Linn Sondek LP12. It is fitted with a Mission 774 tonearm.
I have spent too many hours trying to identify the cartridge.
The only marking is a stylized "M".
See photos.
Any help in identifying the cartridge will be greatly appreciated.

That's an older cartridge so it might be overly stiff but once upon a time, 25 or 30 years ago, that was a VERY well-regarded cartridge.

Nice table and arm as well.
