Polk Audio LSiM 707 safety issue

Not sure where to post a safety issue with my Polk Audio LSiM707 Speaker's.
Bear in mind that these Speaker's weigh about 100 lbs. apiece
Twice the long screws that attach the foot to the cabinet have completely back out on both Speakers.
I'm assuming it's from the vibration of the cabinet.
I had one speaker fall over when the cat rubbed against it
Luckily it only fell a short distance and landed against something soft.
These speakers if they fell completely to the ground they would do some serious damage.
I have notified Polk Audio

That's interesting.
I can't say I've heard of a similar situation.
I'd be using some kind of thread locker from here on in if I were you.
Next time you might not be so lucky and it takes out the cat, the Mrs, or just the speaker.

Yeah that's what I did.
Used SealsAll on the lower third of screws.
Polk Audio seems to think that this is one off problem.
I'm not so sure.
