I have a pair of Polk Audio Monitor 70 towers (non-series II) and want to buy a Polk Audio CS2 Series II Center Channel from Newegg due to a great price today ($99). The "6.5-inch bi-laminate composite dynamic-balance drivers" are an exact match between the two speakers. However the Monitor 70s have a "1-inch silk polymer-composite dynamic-balance dome tweeters" while the CS2 Series II center has a "Tweeter Complement: one 1" cloth dome." I would think this difference to be acceptable in a home theatre application, but I am certainly not an expert. Could someone please provide some input on this? Thanks!
